What you’re heating — the material, and the vessel it sits in: drum, IBC tote, bucket, pipe, cylinder, blade.

Dimensions — diameter and height, or length and width. A photo with a tape measure in it works fine.

Target temperature — and the lowest ambient temperature the blanket has to work in.

Power supply — voltage, phase and frequency on your site (110V / 220V / 380V, 50 or 60 Hz).

Special requirements — explosion-proof zone, food-grade contact, specific certification, or a controller you already use.

Drawing and quotation
A dimensioned drawing for your approval, with unit pricing, tooling costs if any, packing details and sea or air freight options. Samples arranged on request for custom work.

Production and shipment
Standard lead time is 7–15 days; expedited orders can be completed in as little as two weeks. You receive progress photos, test results and loading video, with full export documentation prepared in one pass.

Do you make custom sizes?
Yes — custom is most of what we do. Send dimensions and we design around them at no cost.

What is the lead time?
7–15 days for standard orders. Expedited production can be completed in as little as two weeks.

Do you accept OEM & ODM?
Yes. Private labelling, custom packaging and your own wiring or controller specification are all supported.

What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001 quality management, plus CE and RoHS on our products. Documents are issued with the shipment.

Is there a warranty?
24 months, with free replacement parts for manufacturing defects and remote support for installation.

Can you match my voltage?
110V, 220V and 380V, single or three phase, 50 or 60 Hz. Tell us your site supply and we build to it.
