WHO WE ARE

A manufacturer, not a catalogue reseller.

Most heating problems arrive as a set of constraints, not a part number: a 275-gallon IBC that has to hold 60°C in an unheated warehouse, a rotor blade repair that needs an even cure at 90°C, a resin drum that keeps setting up over the weekend. We start from those constraints and build the heater around them.

Seven years of custom work

Founded in 2019, we have spent seven years doing one thing: flexible electric heating. That focus is why a non-standard tank diameter, a food-grade surface, an explosion-proof zone or a 110V / 220V / 380V requirement is a routine job here rather than an exception.

OEM & ODM welcome

We produce under our own FlexBlanket brand and under our customers’. Private labelling, custom packaging, your own wiring layout and your own controller specification are all supported, with drawings and samples approved before tooling starts.

Built for export

Our documentation, certification and packing are set up for international shipping from the start — PI, sales contract, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are prepared in one pass, so customs clearance is not where your project stalls.

What the testing is actually for

Resistance and insulation checks catch a bad element before it reaches your site. Withstand-voltage and leakage-current tests confirm the unit is safe to energise on your supply. Multi-channel temperature logging proves the blanket reaches — and holds — the setpoint evenly across its full surface, not just at the sensor.

Test records are kept against your order number and can be supplied with the shipment on request.

Free heating solution design — a drawing based on your vessel dimensions, target temperature, operating conditions and local voltage.
Engineering consultation — temperature control, explosion-proof requirements, food-grade materials and international certification.
Samples — approved before tooling starts on custom work.

PHASE.02

During production

Visibility, not silence

Real-time updates — production progress, quality inspection and container loading shared by photo and video.
Factory inspection — your representative or third-party inspector is welcome for in-process and pre-shipment checks.
Export documentation — PI, contract, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared in one pass.
Lead time — 7–15 days standard; expedited orders in as little as two weeks.
