Design record completeness check
Thirteen inputs decide the construction, the wattage and the control configuration. A missing one does not stop the quotation — it becomes an assumption, and the assumption is carried by whoever approves the drawing.

The thirteen inputs
Tick the inputs you hold, then press the button.
How to read the result
- Every unticked line is a figure someone has to choose for you before a price exists
- An assumption written into a drawing becomes your commitment at drawing approval
- Items 1 to 4 are usually settled by one annotated photograph plus a tape measure
Step 2 — Where a wrong input surfaces
Three gates and who carries the risk
| Gate | What is decided there | Who carries it if it is wrong |
|---|---|---|
| Drawing approval | Dimensions, cutouts, wattage basis and sensor position | You. We build the approved revision, so a dimension supplied wrong is a re-make at your cost |
| Prototype acceptance | Fit on the actual item, connector orientation and the agreed fit checks | Shared. Fit findings at this gate are corrected at our cost; new requirements introduced here are a revision |
| Production release | The frozen configuration for the ordered quantity | Us. Units that differ from the released configuration are our re-make |
Lead time is counted from drawing approval, not from the enquiry. Inputs that arrive after approval restart the drawing, not the build queue.
Next step
Send the record you have, with an annotated photo for the dimensions — we will tell you which of the remaining items we can assume safely and which one has to come from you.
