This worksheet returns the sensible heat load needed to raise the contents. It does not model heat lost through the vessel wall to the surrounding air, which is what the loss allowance is there to cover; the allowance you need depends on ambient temperature, insulation and exposure. A process engineer confirms the final wattage against your vessel.
