Why the Dial Range Is Flagged

The adjustable analogue thermostat covers 30 °C to 150 °C. A freeze-protection set point of 5 °C or 10 °C sits below that scale, so the answer is a separate low-temperature control rather than the standard dial. Tell us the set point and the control is quoted to match it.

Why Two Bands Are Not Twice One Band

A second band raises the load as well as the output. Two 250 mm bands draw 17.4 A at 230 V, which is above a 10 A plug and needs its own circuit. Check the circuit before the band count, because the supply is what limits the configuration on most sites.

What This Does Not Decide

The class sets the starting configuration, not the final one. Cycle time, drum material, insulation and outdoor placement all move the band count from the starting point, which is why the quote asks for them. Model assumptions: the class follows the medium state and the goal, not the drum size. Band ratings are the catalogue values of 2,000 W for the 250 mm model and 1,000 W for the 150 mm and 125 mm models. Current is the rating divided by 230 V. Target temperatures above 500 °C are treated as a data-entry error and return no result.
